Pizza Buns

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 pound grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 14 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- oregano, to taste
- other stuff of choice: eg. pepperoni, peppers, olives, mushrooms
- Tray Buns (best from Safeway)
T-Bone Steak with Herb Garlic Butter

In food processor blend oil, herbs, vermouth, shallots, lemon rind and lemon juice
- Herb Garlic Butter:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup mined minced fresh herbs (rosemary and basil or parsley)
- 1/4 cup dry vermouth, or marsala
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 T-bone steak
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon each minced fresh basil, rosemary, and parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- pinch pepper
Lemon Broiled Chicken

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika
- 1 3lb broiler-fryer, cut in quarters
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tsp tarragon

Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt into large bowl
- 2 C flour
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 C butter, cold
- 1 large apple, peeled and grated
- 1/2 C milk
- milk for brushing tops
- sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Tagliatelle with Walnut Sauce

- 3/4 C whole walnuts
- 3 T butter
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 3 to 4 T milk
- 2 to 3 T ricotta cheese
- 2 T chopped parsley

- 1 small fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces, or 1, 20-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips
