Chipotle and Lime Grilled Chicken Breast

Process all but chicken until smooth
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground chipotle chile
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 scallions, minced
- 6 whole chicken breast
Mushroom Turnovers

Pastry: Put cheese and butter in a bowl and beat together well

- 250 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature

Hearty Multi-Grain Biscuits

Heat oven to 450. Mix flours, cornmeal, baking powder and salt in large bowl
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 3 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 3/4 cup skim milk, approximately
Simple Beef Burgundy

- 1 pound beef flank steak, halved lengthwise, cut across grain into 1/4 inch thick slices

- 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, mixed with 3 T water
