Oven-Baked Mushroom & Bacon Risotto

HEAT oven to 300ºF. PLACE 2-qt
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. portobello mushrooms, gills removed, mushroom caps and stems chopped
- 1 cup Arborio rice, uncooked
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Chicken Marsala with Crispy Proscuitto

- all-purpose flour for dredging
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 thin skinless, boneless, chicken breasts (~ 1 1/4 lbs)
- 3 oz prosciutto, cut into pieces
- 12 oz cremini or white mushrooms, washed, thinly sliced
- 1 C sweet Marsala wine
- 1/2 C chicken stock
- 1/4 C chopped flat-leaf parsley

Toss the wings with 1 packet dressing mix in a large bowl
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split at the joint, tips removed
- 3 - 1 oz packets ranch dressing mix
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- freshly ground pepper

- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
Spicy Sausage Pasta

1. Add olive oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium high heat until just smoking
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1.5 cups diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles, Mild
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, each
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced scallions
- 1 . Add olive oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium high heat until just smoking. Add sausage and onions and cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

- 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- chocolate sauce and whipped cream for topping

- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 12 ounces cooked fettucine

- 3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 2 bay leaves
