Partially thaw chicken patties and cut into 3/4" strips
- 1 - 10.5 oz pkg frozen breaded chicken breasts
- 1 med green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 oz uncooked linguine
- 2 - 14.5 oz cans Italian seasoned diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Sausage Breakfast Bake

Preheat the oven to 325 deg
- 10 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 cups bread, cubed
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup each diced bell pepper and onion
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles
Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Rub sweet potato skins with oil
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1/3 of 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp and 2-1/4 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp and 1-3/4 tsp chopped walnuts
Spinach Dip Knorr Recipe with Swiss Cheese

In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 1 (16oz) container sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg (14.5oz) Knorr's Vegetable Soup & Recipe Mix
- 1 (8oz) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 round loaf bread, rye or plain

COOK potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min
- 2 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 6 large), peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill weed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Homestyle Real Mayonnaise
Lemon Garlic Shrimp Fettucine

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente
- 8 oz. fettuccine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter divided
- 1 pound medium raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 6 garlic cloves minced, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 2 cups hot cooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb baking potatoes (about 3), halved, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves

- 6 Tbsp cold water

- 2/3 cup white wine or reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
