- 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean® Regular Flavor Pork Sausage Roll
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 frozen hash brown patties, thawed
- 1 pkg. (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup diced seeded tomato
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Summer Steak

Mix first 6 ingredients; rub onto steak
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb), 1 to 1-1/2" thick
- 1/4 cup A.1. steak sauce
