  • 1 Cup white sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 3 Cups blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of butter (not margarine)
  • Pie dough, enough for bottom and top of pie.

  • 1 Cup honey
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 16 oz. canned pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 Cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • Nuts, raisins, dates etc. can be used if you like

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked mini bow-tie (mini-farfalle) pasta

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Just adding on to a bottled barbecue sauce to make it better!

  • 1 regular size bottle of any brand Barbecue Sauce (I usually use Kraft)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 Tb. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

This is great used on waffles, cheesecake or ice cream

  • 1 can frozen raspberry/grape juice or other raspberry frozen drink combination. I have used raspberry/cranberry before
  • 2 1/2 cans of water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 + 1 heaping TB of cornstarch
  • 1 Tb. butter
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 bags of frozen triple berry mix or create your own frozen berry mix (I like to use 1 bag each, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
