Love this spicy shrimp dish!

  • 8 oz. vermicelli or angel hair pasta (I use the angel hair)
  • 1 lb. medium fresh shrimp, peeled and devined
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes, or more if you want spicier
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
  • 2/3 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, UNdrained (14.5 oz size)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Spread refried beans on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 3 avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 Tb. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco season
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can black olives, sliced
  • 1 small bunch of green onions, diced
  • 1 or 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tb. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tb. snipped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 lb. beef tenderloin, cut into 8 slices about 1/2 inch thick

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 Tb. butter, softened

In a large skillet, brown the hamburger with the garlic powder and chili powder

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can garbonzo beans, drained
  • 2 cans light red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz. size)
  • 2 cans of Tamales, paper off, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 or 2 dashes of Tabasco Sauce (optional, but I have also used a buffalo sauce instead of tobacco in this)
