  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 5 cans White Northern Beans, drained (I like Bush's brand)
  • 3 cups monteray jack cheese, shredded
  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

  • 1 medium onion, diced very fine
  • 5 tsp. minced, bottled garlic or 4 garlic cloves diced
  • 2 cans mid chopped green chilis (4 oz. size cans)
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
  • 6 cups chicken stock

  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 1 cup flour
  • dried pepper flakes, to taste
  • 1 cube of butter
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 medium carrots cut into 1 inch chuncks
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 med. onions, chopped fine
  • 2 can's tomatoes (16 oz. size) w/the tomatoes broken up;
  • you can also choose to use diced tomates
  • 1 package frozen corn
  • 8 small red potatoes (about 1 lb.) and cut in half or quarters
  • 2 small zucchini, sliced in chunks
  • salt to taste
