Fry up hamburger and then add the broken tator tots and heat through

  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 1 bag Tator tots thawed out and broken up
  • 16 oz. Sour cream
  • 16 oz. Cottage chese
  • 1 bag frozen Peas, thawed
  • 1 bag Cheese, about 2 cups (sharp)
  • 1 bag Cheese, about 2 cups (Colby mix)
  • 1 Large can of canned tomatoes
  • 1 Tomato sauce (regular can not small one)
  • Italian season to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Use your favorite crepe recipe to make at least 15 crepes

In a large soup pot , cook the pieces of bacon over medium until crispy

  • 8 slices bacon, cut into a small dice
  • 2 pkgs. Jimmy Dean's Sausage w/ sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional, I usually don't put this in)
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped very fine
  • 8 cloves of garlic chopped very fine OR 4 tsp. refrigerated/already chopped garlic
  • 8 cups Swanson Chicken broth
  • 5 cups Russet potatoes, cubed to bite size
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Regular Season
  • 4 cups loose packed cups Kale, chopped in small bite pieces, you can usually buy it already washed and chopped
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese, grated for serving

  • 1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tb. prepared mustard
  • 1 (3 oz. size) can French Fried Onions

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Cup white sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 Cup water
  • 2 T. vegetable oil or canola oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 4 large egg whites (I use 2 egg whites and 2 whole eggs)
  • FROSTING:
  • 3 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Cup butter, at room temp.
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1-2 T. whipping cream
