Sweet and Sour Meatball Skewers

Heat grill to medium-high heat
- 32 frozen fully cooked 1-inch meatballs, thawed
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1/4 Cup apricot jam
- 1/4 Cup barbecue sauce
Left-Over Turkey Casserole

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with Pam
- Leftover turkey, cut in pieces (however much you have left)
- 1 box Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained (carrots, beans, corn)
- 2 packages chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Strawberry Pretzel Squares

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 Cup sugar and butter; Press onto bottom of 13x9 inch pan
- 2 Cups finely crushed pretzels
- 1/2 Cup sugar, divided
- 2/3 Cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz. size)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Cup thawed Cool Whip
- 2 Cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz. size) Strawberry Flavor Jello
- 1 1/2 Cups cold water
- 4 Cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Cheesy Ham Macaroni

Cook the macaroni according to package directions
- 1 package elbow macaroni (8 oz. size)
- 6 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of salt and pepper
- 2 Cups milk
- 2 Cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 Cups cubed, fully cooked ham
- 1/2 Cup crushed Ritz Crackers
Ham Macaroni Salad

Cook elbow macaroni as package directs
- Optional:
- 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
- 2 cups of cooked ham, cubed
- 2/3 Cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2/3 Cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 Cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 Cup sweet pickle relish, drained
- 1/3 Cup Italian dressing
- slivered almonds

- 3 loaves Mrs. Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough
- Mrs. Dash
- Kraft Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic salt
- 1 cube of butter, melted
Chinese Chicken Salad

Combine chicken, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, garlic, ginger and lime juice in a bowl
- DRESSING:
- 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 Tb. Asian sesame oil
- 1 Tb. chinese chili garlic sauce
- 1 Tb. finely minced garlic
- 1 Tb. finely minced ginger (fresh)
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 quarter savoy cabbage or regular cabbage or a mixture
- 2 oz. raw snow peas, thinly slivered
- 4 scallions, including greens, thinly sliced
- 1 quarter red bell pepper, slivered
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup rice or cider vinegar
- 3 Tb. smooth peanut butter
- 2 Tb. asian sesame oil
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Tb. honey
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Process all of the dressing ingredients with hand processor or blender.
Chicken Divan

Layer broccoli in a 9x13 inch pan
- 1-2 bags of frozen broccoli florets
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 cans creams of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups French's Fried Onions
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 cups 7-Up soda
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie

In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 2/3 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 5 oz. white candy coating (optional)
