Hidden Valley Oyster Crackers

Combine the ranch dressing mix and oil, add dill, garlic powder, and lemon pepper
- 12-16 oz plain oyster crackers
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley RAnch Buttermilk recipe salad dressing mix
- 1/4 t lemon pepper
- 1/2 t. dill
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 3/4 c. salad oil
Cherry Cream Crown

Lightly grease bottom of 9 inch spring form pan
- 3 3oz pkg lady fingers
- 1/4 c. brandy or dark rum
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese-room temperature
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1 t vanilla
- 21 oz can cherry pie filling
Shortbread

- 3 sticks butter (NOT margarine)
- 3/4 c. sugar

Freeze meet until firm, then slice paper thin
- 3 lbs lean beef tenderloin
- 2 bunches scallions or 6 leeks
- 18 medium sized mushrooms
- 2 lbs fresh spinach
- 1/2 large head chinese cabbage
- I cup canned drained slice bamboo shoots
- 3 cups cooked shiritake or vermicelli
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sake or sherry
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
Cordilla Rolls

Put milk shortening and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil the milk, shortening and sugar
- 7 c. flour
- 1 T.salt
- 2 t. Baking Powder
- 1 t. soda
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 pkgs yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
Cheese Ball

Mix everything except pecans together and roll into a ball
- 2 pkgs of smoked beef or ham
- 2 8oz cream cheese
- 6 green onions
- garlic salt
- Accent
- Worchestershire sauce

Chicken Pot Pie -Cheese Biscuits

Cook checken breast with 1/2 onion and celery
- 4-6 chicken breast
- 2 c. ckciken stock
- 1 can cream ckicken soup
- frozen peas or green beans
- 4 T. flour
- stick of butter
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- Cheese biscuits
- 1 c. s/r flour
- 1/2 c. crisco
- 3/4 grated sheese
- 1/4 c/ milk
Meat Sauce Bolognese

Heat the oil in a dutch oven stir in onions, carrots and celery
- 3 T olive Oil
- 1 medeium onion minced
- 1 medium carrot peeled and shredded fine
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 T tomato paste
- 3 c.canned Italian plum tomatoes crushed
- 3 bay leaves
- fresh ground pepper
- 4 c. hot water as needed
Italian Tomato Tart

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 8 oz mozazerlla cheese grated
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 T chopped fresh basil
- 2-3 tomatoes cut into 1/2 in slices
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 c. or less oilve oil
- 1/4-1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
German Chocolate cake

CAKE: Melt chocolate with boiling water
- CAKE:
- 1 (4oz) package German Chocolate sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 4 egg whites beaten stiff
- ICING:
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 t vanilla
