- 1 lb. raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ½ cup (2 oz.) grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 tbsp. sliced green onions

- 1 1/4 #'S EXTRA LARGE SHRIMP, PEELED, DEVEINED
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
- 8 OZ. SNOW PEAS ABOUT 4 CUPS
- 1 CAN (14 OZ0 whole baby corn, rinsed and drained
- 4 RADISHES CUT INTO WEDGES ABOUT 1/2 CUP
- 2 SCALLIONS, FINELY CHOPPED ABOUT 1/2 CUP

- 1 lemon juice (about 2 tbsp.)

- 240 grams all purpose flour (1 1/4) or 1.0144 cups

- 1 1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
- 3/4 TSP. ALLSPICE
- 2 1/4 CUPS SUGAR
- 1 1/2 CUPS OIL
- 4 EGGS
- 1 1/2 TSP VANILLA
- 1 CUP SEMISWEET MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
- 3 OZ SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE, CHOPPED
