lemon juice (about 2 tbsp.)
tsp. lemon peel
grams softened butter, at room temperature (½ cup)
grams sugar (1 cup)
grams of walnuts
grams all purpose flour (1¼) or 1.0144 cups
tsp. baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. 2. Mix together the butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. 3. Slowly add the beaten eggs one at a time 4. Stir in bananas and lemon juice 5. Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. 6. Add to creamed mixture and mix gently then add walnuts and lemon peel. 7. Pour into greased and parchment-lined pan. Bake 50 minutes until done in center. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
