No Bake Cherry Cheesecake (Easiest)

Beat cream cheese in mixing bowl until light and fluffy
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1 1 lb. 5 oz. can your favorite pie filling (cherry, strawberry or blueberry)
Zucchini Casserole

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- 3 cups zucchini, chopped medium fine (no need to remove skin)
- 2 cups carrots, chopped medium fine
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 box chicken flavor Stove Top Stuffing mix
Refried Beans

Rinse the beans thoroughly, then place them in a large pot with the bacon
- 6 cups dried pinto beans
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into 1-inch slices (or you can use salt pork, ham hock or diced ham instead)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, plus more if needed
- 2 teaspoons black pepper, plus more if needed
- 1/2 stick butter (bacon grease, lard or shortening will work)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar
- Sliced jarred jalapenos
STRIKE-IT-RICH CAKE

1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in a 13 X 9 inch pan
- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) cake mix or pudding-included cake mix
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello-O brand Instant Pudding and Pie Filling, any complementary flavor
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
IRISH BEEF STEW

Irish Beef Stew A hearty, savory slow cooker stew with potatoes, carrots, celery, broth, herbs and spices
- INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
Roast Beef Sandwiches with melted Provolone

A delecious and juicy sandwich
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Cambell's Condensed French Onion Soup.
- 1 tbs. reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 Pepperidge Farm Classic Soft Hoagie Rolls with Sesame Seeds.
- 4 slices deli provolone cheese cut in half
- 1/4 cup drained mild or pickled banana pepper rings.
STUFFED CABBAGE

In 12” skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion chopped, ½ cup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) lower-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 8 leaves cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 jar (1lb. 10 oz.) pasta sauce
- 1 can (14 ½ oz.) diced tomatoes in juice
- 4 tsp. cider vinegar
COCONUT POPCORN

Boil these three ingredients for 3 1/2 minutes
- In a large roasting pan prepare:
- Approximately 30 cups I fill two Tupperware bowls with air popcorn, Then shake out the hulls and seeds before putting in the roasting pan.
- 1 cup coarse chopped pecans
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup ribbon cut coconut (found at Fred Myers in the bulk food)
- Layer in a large roasting pan in that order for better mixing
- Nest:
- 1 lb. salted butter
- 1 cup Karo syrup
- 2 2/3 cups white sugar
HAMBURGER STUFFED BREAD

- 1 (1 lb.) loaf of un-sliced, white bread (round)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
