- 1/2 lb ground sausage

- 1 1/2-2 tablespoons finely minced fresh italian flat leaf parsley
- 1/4-1/3 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup cooked chopped spinach, squeezed dry

Hobo Baked Beans

Cook cut bacon, drain on paper towel, drain most of the fat add ½ cup water and brown beef
- Onion Soup Mix:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb bacon, cut in small pieces
- 2 16 oz cans pork and beans
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can butter beans, drained
- 1 can tomato soup undiluted or tomato puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix or 5 Tbsp homemade Onion soup mix, see recipe below.
- 3/4 cup instant minced onion
- 1/3 cup beef flavored instant bouillon
- 4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix or 5 Tbsp homemade Onion soup mix, see recipe below
JOE'S SALTED PEANUT COOKIES

- 1 ½ cups chopped Spanish peanuts
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 ½ cups butter

- 1 tsp. soda

- 3 cups rolled oats

- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup sour cream, divided
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 12 ( 6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
STUFFED DATE DROPS

Bake at 375deg. 10 to 12 minutes
- 1 pound of dates
- 1 walnut half for each date
- ¼ cup shortening
- ¾ cup of brown sugar
- Cream shortening and sugar together
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ cup thick sour cream
- Add alternately with sour cream
SUPER EASY CHICKEN TERIYAKI
