PREHEAT OVEN TO 325F BUTTER AND FLOUR 12 CUP BUNDT PAN. PLACE SHREDDED ZUCCHINI IWITH HANDS SQUEEZE OUT LIQUID, RESERVE ZUCCHINI MEANWHILE, MIX FLOUR, COCOA, BAKING SODA, CINNAMON, BAKING POWDER, ALLSPICE AND REMAINING SALT. IN BOWL WITH MIXER AT MEDIUM HIGH SPEED BEAT TOGETHER SUGAR, OIL AND EGGS UNTIL THICK, 5 MINUTES. REDUCE SPEED TO LOW BEAT IN VANILLA. STIR IN ZUCCHINI UNTIL JUST WELL COMBINED. GRADUALLY BEAT IN FLOUR MIXTURE UNTIL JUST COMBINED. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND WALNUTS. POUR BATTER IN PA BAKE 1 HOUR, 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED INTO CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN PAN ON WIRE RACK FOR 30 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM PAN, COOL COMPLETELY. IN SMALL POT OVER LOW HEAT COMBINE CHOPED CHOCOLATE, BUTTER, CREAM AND CORN SYRUP. HEAT WHISKING UNTIL CHOCOLATE MELTS AND MIXTURE IS SMOOTH, 1-2 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT, COOL SLIGHTLY. DRIZZLE GLAZE OVER CAKE.
