PECAN PIE

- 9 “unbaked pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of dark corn syrup
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup melted margarine
- 1 cup of canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecan halves
BROWN SUGAR SPICE CAKE

Brush interior and tube of Bundt Pan with a layer of melted butter
- 1 1/2 sups (3 sticks) soft butter
- 3 cup of light or dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 5 large eggs
- 3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped toasted walnut or pecans (optional)
Award-Winning Chili

This recipe was an award winning Chili that was put together by Jennifer Holley of Lewiston, Idaho
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef chunks (stew meat) or sirloin cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 sweet onion,chopped
- 1 red bell pepper,chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper,chopped
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and pressed or chopped finely)
- 1 27 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. cumin (or to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Pepsi (to taste and for desired consistency)
- 2 cans black beans,rinsed and drained
- 2 cans kidney beans,rinsed and drained
- 3 cans chili beans
- Sour cream (for garnish)
- Cheddar cheese (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips (for garnish)
ZUCCHINI BREAD SECOND ADDITION

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Beat eggs till light and fluffy, add sugar
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 2 1/2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp. orange zest
- 1 cup walnuts, crushed

- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces and softened
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked and cooled (see note)
Beef BBQ Ribs

- 1 cup ketchup 2 tsp. paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cherry cola soft drink

- 1 package devil’s food chocolate cake or german choc. cake mix
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar caramel topping
- 1 8oz tub cool whip
- 4-5 snickers bar ,skor, heathbar, or mini reeses

Cook Lasagna in 4 quarts of boiling, salted water until tender (about 15 minutes)
- 1/4 pound Lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 1/2 cups tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon basil, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 pound ricotta cheese
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
