Sausage Minestrone

Coat pot with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat
- 1 lb. sweet Italian Susage Links
- 3 cups of chopped carrots, onion, and celery
- 2 cams (14/5 oz. each) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) fat-free chicken broth
- 1 cup small pasta, such as ditalini
- 1 can (12 oz.) red kidney beans rinsed and drained
Noodle Burger

This is an old time family favorite and even taste better the second day
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 4 Red potatoes cut into bite size cubes (no need to peel potatoes)
- Water (Enough to fill a large soup pan 1/2 full)
- 3 to 4 cups of egg noodles (we use Country Time Home-style noodle
- 3 Beef Bullion cubes
- Any spices you might like
TACO SOUP

Brown hamburger with medium onion drain
- 2 LBS. Hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans dark kidney beans
- 2 cans of corn (drained)
- 2 pkgs. taco seasoning ( I use only one package)
- Corn chips
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese
Cherry Tomato Cobbler

In a food processor, add the flour, corn meal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- 2 Tbsp. cold butter cut into cubes
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup corn meal
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- sprinkle of salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 of medium red onion
- Olive oil
- Basil leaves
Sweet & Sour Chicken

Wash and dip chicken in beaten eggs then coat with the cornstarch & garlic salt mixture
- Sauce:
- 1 chicken or selected chicken pieces
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 small can of pineapple tidbitd
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp. salt
ICED VANILLA CHAI

Steep the tea bag in a coffee mug full of hot water for at least 5 minutes (even longer is great)
- 1 bag vanilla chai tea
- Hot water
- 2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream (substitute with almond milk for a low-fat options that's not quite as creamy)
- 1/3 cup sweetened almond milk
- Cinnamon and cloves to taste
- Heart dash of salt
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla Whey protein powder
- 3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder, to taste (a doonk is 1/32 tsp.)

- 2 cups crushed fresh strawberries
- 1 (6 oz.)pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin mix
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix, batter prepared as directed on package

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible; save juiced orange halves)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (save the juiced fruit)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (save the juiced fruit)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 16 whole chicken legs
- 2 whole onions, peeled and quartered
- 32 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- Serving suggestions: pico de gallo, refried beans, store-bought chipotle salsa
