Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bars

I can honestly say I’ve never had a dessert quite like this before
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix
- 1/2 cup firm butter or margarine
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
LEMON ZUCCHINI BREAD

In large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking powder and salt
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1/4 cup of poppy seed
- 2 tsp lemon peel, grated
SALMON PARTY CHEESE BALL

Drain and flake salmon, combine with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion flakes, horseradish and liquid smoke
- 1 lb. canned salmon
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. dry onion flakes
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 2 or 3 drops liquid smoke
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- 3 tbsp. parsley
PECAN BARS (Easiest Ever)

Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a 9x13-inch pan
- Easiest Pecan Bars "EVER"
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg, beaten
SCALLOPED POTATOES

Serves 8 to 10 For the fastest and most consistent results, slice the potatoes in a food processor
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 pounds russet potatoes, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
