PORK LOIN (Bacon Wrapped) Simply Saucy

Preheat oven to 450T. Season pork with salt and pepper
- 4 lb. boneless center-cut pork. loin roast (untied), fat and silver skin trimmed.
- 1-12 tsp• kosher salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 to 9 bacon slices
- 1 cup barbecue sauce

- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pumpkin Pie Filling
- 3 cups Whole Milk (more If Needed)
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt (up To 1 Cup)

- Cinnamon Graham Crackers, Crushed
ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1. Heat over to 375 deg. 2
- ¾ cup (3/4 stick) butter flavor Crisco or regular Crisco All vegetable shortening
- 1 ¼ cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup Hershey’s Simi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- * If nuts are omitted, add an additional ½ cup Hershey’s Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

Cut 1/2 banana into 1/2 inch bits, add pumpkin puree, yogurt,almond milk, pumpkin pie spice and ice cubes
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 6 s to 8 ice cubes
Twice Baked Potatoes

Hands down this is one of the best side dishes ever
- 7 - 10 Large russet potatoes
- Olive Oil
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp. SALT (I use Grey Sea Salt)
- 1/2 cup ( 1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded marble cheddar or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Penzey's Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 tsp. Green Goddess Salad Dressing mix
- 1/2 tsp. Smoked Spanish Style Paprika
PECAN PIE BARS

A holiday favorite dessert with all the flavors of pecan pie in easy-to -make bar form
- Pecan Topping:
- SPICED CRUST
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tsp. McCormick Cinnamon Ground
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING

- 2/3 cup uncooked rice
- 8 cups boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. soft margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup raisins
- ½ tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 2 1/2 pounds), trimmed of excess fat (see note)

- 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch pieces (about 2 cups)

- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 6 ripe tomatoes (3 pounds)
- ¼ cup each red and yellow onions
- 3 ½ oz. can pickled jalapeno (or other Jalapeno peppers to suit taste)
- 1 unit Bull Shot mix (4oz. beef consume, 1 ½ oz. vodka)
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro, or ground coriander to taste
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
