INDIAN SPICE RUB FOR PORK CHOPS

Makes scant 1/4 cup, enough for 4 chops
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Belgium Beef Stew

Winter weather is the perfect excuse to make slow-cooked, hearty meals that raise everyone’s spirits
- 1 (2-pound) chuck roast, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
- 1 1/2 cup pearl onions, peeled
- 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth, divided
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 (2.6-ounce) package beef demi glace
- 1 1/2 cup Oud Bruin-style beer, or a stout or porter-style beer
- 2 cup small red potatoes, cut in half
- 1 (8-ounce) package button mushrooms, cut in half
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
HAMBURGER SAUSAGE SANDWICH

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
SEVEN LAYER POTATO SKINS

Heat the oven to 400 deg.
- 8 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 2 large yellow onions, diced
- salt and ground black pepper
- 8 oz. loose sausage meat, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 slices of bacon, crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 scallions, sliced
Salsa

This is the best Salsa I have ever made
- 12 lrg tomatoes peeled and cored
- 3 bell pepper
- 3 med. onions
- 10 cloves garlic
- 5 to 8 peppers with seeds
- chop in processor leave chunky
- add 1 tbs chili powder
- 3/4 c vinegar
- 2 tbs plain salt
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 9 tbs Accent salt
- add all together and boil for 30 minutes
- put in jars put lids on turn jars over for 30 minutes then flip. the jars with seal as they cool down makes 7 to 9 pints
Crock Pot Roast (To Die for)

Directions: 1 Place beef roast in crock pot
- 1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast, any kind
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix, dry
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dried Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix, dry
- 1/2 cup water
ORANGE DREAM SALAD

Combine pudding mixes, Jello and water, stirring well
- 1 (3 1/4) oz. pkg. sugar free tapioca pudding
- 1 (3 1/2) oz. pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free orange Jello
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 ( 8 oz.) container fat free Cool Whip
- 2 (10 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
RAVOLI WITH CHEESE (BAKED)

1 PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. LIGHTLY GREASE SQUARE BAKING DISH 2 COMBINE HOT PASTA,SAUCE AND CHEESE; SPOON INTO PREPAR
- 1 PACKAGE BUITON CLASSIC BEEF RAVIOLI PREPARED ACCORDING TO PACKAGE
- 1 CONTAINER BUITON MARINARA SAUCE
- 4 OZ MOZZARELLA CHEESE CUT INTO 1/2 INCH CUBES
- 1/2 CUP FRESH BREADCRUMBS
- 1 T OLIVE OIL

- 3 cups chocolate chip (I used milk chocolate)
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp. amaretto liqueur
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
Bills Homemade Blackberry Cobbler

Found this recipe on Facebook and thought it might be good using Raspberrys in place of Blackberry's
- 2 1/2 C Fresh blackberries, washed
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 C Flour
- 2 t Baking powder
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1 C Milk
- 1 Stick of unsalted butter, melted
