Crispy mustard-roasted chicken

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme leaves
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups panko (Japanese bread flakes)
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons good olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard, such as Grey Poupon
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 (3 1/2- to 4-pound) chicken, cut in eighths
- 6 cups (1/2-inch diced) bread cubes from a rustic country loaf, crusts removed
- 2 tablespoons good olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 ounces pancetta, diced small
- 4 cups sliced leeks, white and light green parts (4 leeks)
- 1 1/2 pounds cremini mushrooms, stems trimmed and 1/4-inch sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 1/4 cup medium or dry sherry
- Kosher salt

- 2 – 3 beers

- 1 medium yellow or white onion, sliced
Chilli (Jenny's Chilli)

In a large stock pot, brown the ground beef
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cups sliced celery (4 large ribs)
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 -16 oz. cans beans (jenny uses hot chilli beans)
- 1 28 oz. can whole stewed tomatoes,cut into quarters (do not drain), or 2 lbs. whole tomatoes, cored and chopped.
- 2 46 oz. cans tomato juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. REGULAR CHILI POWDER, CHILI 3000 OR CHILI 9000
- 1/2 tsp. SMOKED SPANISH-STYLE PAPRIKA
- 1/4 tsp. GROUND CHIPOLTLE
- 1/4 tsp. CAYENNE PEPPER
DREAMSICLE SALAD

Dissolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water, add 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1 (3oz.pkg.) sugar free orange jello
- 1 (3oz. pkg.) sugar free instant vanilla pudding
- 10 ounces of mandarin oranges drained
- 8 ounces of coolwhip

- 3/4 cup of shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp dark molasses
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup raisins (Optional)

This is super good tasting
- 2 Gallons undistilled, unsweetened, apple juice (you can use just plain apple juice)
- 15 Whole cinnamon sticks
- 30 Whole cloves
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 1/2 cups Black Molasses
MOMS GOULASH

Cook the macaroni to AL-dente according to package directions
- 1/2 lb. macaroni
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- Garlic salt, pepper, chili powder, & hot sauce to taste
- 2 (14.5 oz. cans) whole stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 tbsdp. ketchup
- tomato juice as needed
RED CABBAGE

- 1 - Medium Head of Red Cabbage
- 1 - Tbsp Shortening melted or 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM DRINK

- 1 ¾ cups favorite liquor (Irish Whiskey, Rum, Brandy, Bourbon, Scotch)
- 1 (14 oz. can) Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipping or light cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp. chocolate-flavored syrup
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. almond extract
