CHICKEN BREAST (BONELESS) WITH STUFFING MIX

1. Mix cream of chicken soup with water 2
- 4 boneless chicken beasts
- 2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. water
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) box seasoned stuffing mix (I use stove top)
Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

Cream cheese, milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch.
- 1 cup milk
- 2 small pkg's vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 16 oz. can of pumpkin
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
AVACADO and EGGS

- One Avacado
- Olive Oil/ Sauté Onion then add avocado
- Add eggs and scramble
- Sprinkle with cheese.
Apple Butter (No Sugar)

I don't know about you, but where I live apples are delicious and plentiful in the late-summer and early-fall
- You'll need:
- Enough apples to fill your crock-pot or slow-cooker (I filled a 5-quart crock-pot). Use any variety you like. I've used a combination of all different kinds...it doesn't seem to matter and it always tastes amazing.
- 2-3 tsp ground cinnamon

- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
