My Dad's mothers recipe, served every Sunday at the restaurant in Mansfield Washington
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Generous dash of nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 3/8 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 (pkg. Knox Gelatin)
- 1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- Dash of salt
- 1/8 cup Sugar
- 1 (Baked Pie shell)
- 1 small container of cool whip
- 2 tbsp. Bakers unsweetened chocolate

I don't know about you, but where I live apples are delicious and plentiful in the late-summer and early-fall
- Enough apples to fill your crock-pot or slow-cooker (I filled a 5-quart crock-pot). Use any variety you like. I've used a combination of all different kinds...it doesn't seem to matter and it always tastes amazing.
- 2-3 tsp ground cinnamon
FRIED RICE (HOME MADE)

Prepare 4 cups of cooked rice according to package directions Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat
- 4 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1/2 lb. cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 lb. cooked prawns (shrimp)
- 1/2 lb. diced bacon
- 1 cup frozen peas, corn, and carrots (divide evenly)
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. shallots, chopped into small pieces.
- 2 cloves, garlic minced
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- If you like you can also add some water chestnuts, bean shoots, baby corn, snow peas etc.
Chocolate Chip Cookies Secret Recipe

- 1/2 cup rolled oats, regular or quick
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Note: The lemon juice in this recipe helps to activate the baking soda, producing a softer and chewier cookie.
Cream Cheese Mints

- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. powered sugar maybe more
- Food color enough to make the color you want
- Flavoring for butter mint: 1/2 tsp. mint and 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
- Cream together Cream Cheese and Butter
- Add food coloring and flavoring
- Mix in powered sugar, a little at a time, adding enough to make a dough, not sticky to the touch. You may need to knead powered sugar into the dough to take away the stickiness.

- Ingredients
- 1 pound of sweet Italian sausage
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 (28 ounce) can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 (8 ounce) cans of tomato sauce
- 2 (6 ounce) cans of tomato paste
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 2 teaspoons fresh Basil leaves chopped
- 4 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 23 ounces of ricotta cheese.
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 lasagna noodles
