Cormeal Bread and Cornmeal Muffins

Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt
- Cornbread *
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup melted fat or oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Use the same ingredients for Corn Muffins*
Cinnabons Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions For the rolls, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk in a large bowl
- 1 (2 1/4 tsp or 1/4 ounce or 7 g) package active dry yeast
- 1 cup (250 mL) warm milk
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup (75 g) margarine (I used softened butter)
- 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups (500 g) all purpose flour
- 1 cup (200 g) packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) cinnamon
- 1/3 cup (75 g) margarine, softened
- 6 tbsp (113 g) margarine (I used butter)
- 1 1/2 cups (187 g) powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup (55 g) cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp (3 mL) vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
SOUTHWESTERN BAKED SPAGHETTI

Preheat oven to 425 deg. Cook spaghetti noodles and drain, add milk and eggs and mix well
- 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 medium pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (8 oz. cans) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
- 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
PARMESAN-CRUSTED CHICKEN

Combine Best Foods Mayonnaise with cheese
- 1/2 cup Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 Boneless , skinless chicken breasts (about 1 – 1/4 lbs.)
- 4 tsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
PRETZEL SALAD

- 1 ½ cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup sugar (divided ½ and ½)
- ½ cup butter or margarine
- 1 – 9oz. Cool Whip
- 1 – 8oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 – 6 oz. pkg. jello (follow instructions on box for Fruit Added)
- 2 cups fruit
COTTAGE CHEESE COOKIES

Chill dough make into balls, roll in powdered sugar
- 1 1/3 cup shortening
- 3 1/3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 5 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup Hershey’s Cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup nuts
CRAB CASSEROLE

Mix ingredients, except ½ cup cheese for top
- 1/2 cup salad macaroni cooked, drain and set aside
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbstp. Butter
- Scaled together
- 1 cup of soft bread cubes
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 cup of flaked crab meat
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
AMAZING CHOCOLATE PUDDING

1.Stir together the vanilla and espresso powder in a bowl and set aside
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine.
HAWAIIAN HAM N CHEESE SLIDERS

In a saucepan melt the butter, add onion and cook until soft
- 1-2 pkgs. of Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 lbs. shaved deli ham or more depending on how thick you want them.
- 8-10 slices of Swiss cheese
