Ingredients

  • 8

    tbsp. unsalted butter

  • 6

    oz. unsweetened chocolate

  • 6

    oz. semi-sweet chocolate

  • ½ cup caramel sauce

  • 3

    oz. 151 proof rum

Directions

Melt chocolate, caramel and rum together. Whisk until smooth, add softened butter, whisk until smooth again. Chill until firm. Roll chocolate into 1” balls and dut with quick or raspberry powder. Keep chilled until ready to serve. The unsalted butter make the chocolate texture smooth.
