- 1 1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 C flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 C breadcrumbs
- 1/2 C canola oil

- 3 C Marinara, heated
- 6 T parmigiano-reggiano cheese

Spinach & Artichoke Pull-Apart Bread

Preheat oven to 400F.. Microwave cream cheese in a bowl for about 1 minute till smooth

- 8-oz cream cheese
- 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 pkg chopped spinach
- 1/2 C shredded parmesan
- 1/2 C mozzarella
- 1 teas garlic powder
- 1 teas salt

In a 3 qt saucepan, cook cauliflower & carrots; covered in a small amount of boiling water for 5 minutes
- 3 C cauliflower florets
- 1 # carrots (slice 1/2" thick)
- 1 # broccoli (cut into 1" pieces)

- 1/4 C finely chopped onion
- 3 # prepared horseradish (drained)

- 1/2 C fine dry bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 450F. Prepare a floured work surface for shaping the dough and an ungreased baking sheet
- Biscuits:
- 2 1/2 cups self rising flour (or 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 3 1/4 teas baking powder, and 3/8 teas salt if you don't have self rising flour)
- 2 teas sugar
- 1/2 teas salt
- 4 Tbl vegetable shortening
- 4 Tbl butter (chilled)
- 1 cup chilled buttermilk
- Sausage Gravy:
- 1 # sage pork sausage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teas salt
- 2 teas black pepper plus more for taste
- 1/2 teas ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teas poultry seasoning
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of cayenne pepper
