Spinach & Artichoke Pull-Apart Bread

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury biscuits
  • 8-oz cream cheese
  • 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 pkg chopped spinach
  • 1/2 C shredded parmesan
  • 1/2 C mozzarella
  • 1 teas garlic powder
  • 1 teas salt
  • 2 Tbl butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F..
Microwave cream cheese in a bowl for about 1 minute till smooth.

While the cream cheese is melting, drain the artichokes and spinach. Mix chopped artichokes and spinach into cream cheese with parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder & salt.

Spray an 8X8 baking dish with cooking spray.

Cut each biscuit in half, flatten it, and fill with a spoonful of spinach & artichoke mixture. Wrap it up & pinch to seal. Repeat until all biscuits are filled.

Melt butter and brush across the top of the biscuits. Sprinkle additional mozzarella & parmesan over the filled biscuits.

Bake for 30 minutes....
