Spinach (Baby) Salad with Pecans & Pears

Ingredients
- 1 # Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 cup chopped raw pecans
- 1 Bosc Pear, peeled, cored & sliced
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
- Juice of one small lemon
- 4 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 2 TB balsamic vinegar
- 1 T honey or maple syrup
- 1 teas sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine pear slices, green onion, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, honey or syrup & sea salt in a bowl & give all ingredients a good toss. Allow ingredients to sit and marinate for about 5 minutes.
Add baby spinach leaves, chopped cilantro or parsley, pecans & gently toss again.
Serve immediately and enjoy!!
