Place the potatoes in a large pot, covered with cold water by 2 inches, add 2T salt

  • 8 oz tiny shrimp (I use two 4.5 oz cans)

  • 2 8-oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1 teas Lea Perrins
  • 2 Tbl hot sauce - or to liking
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 375F. Melt the butter in a large pot over meduim high heat, then add onion and carrots

  • 3 C shredded cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1/4 C flour
  • 3 C chicken broth
  • splash of white wine
  • 1/4 t Turmeric
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh Thyme to taste
  • 1/4 C heavy cream
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T water
  • OPTIONAL: parsley for garnish
