Texas Lime Pie

IN a large bowl, combine crumbs, brown sugar and butter
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 5 each egg yolk
- 2 cups lime juice
- whipped topping/lime slices/fresh mint
Meatball Veggie Kabobs

Heat broiler. Lightly spray rack of broiler pan with nonstick spray
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into square pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into square pieces
- 1 yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half and then into square pieces
- 1/4 c reduced fat vinaigrette dressing, divided
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3/4 c quaker oats, uncooked
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c milk
- 3 T finely chopped onion
- 1 T finely chopped garlic
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- shredded parmesan cheese, optional
Pizza Bubble Bread (only 3 Ingredients)

Preheat oven to 375. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces using scissors or knife
- 1 roll of biscuit dough
- 1 c pizza sauce
- 2 c cheese ( I used 1 and 1/2 c mozzarella and 1/2 c cheddar)

Easy Hawaiin Torte

SIFT together first three ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 each unbeaten egg
- 1 cup undrained crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Apple Cake II

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Cake:
- Butter, for greasing pan
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups peeled and finely chopped apples
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 2 c old fashioned rolled oats
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 3/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 c unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 c egg whites
- 1 t pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c dried cranberries
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
Pork Tenderloin French Dips

Heat the oven on the highest setting to get it hot fast
- 14-16 oz pork tenderloin
- EVOO for drizzling
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 32 oz chicken stock
- 1 small orange, zested and sliced
- 1 carrot, coarsely chopped
- 2 large shallots coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- drizzle of honey
- few peppercorns
- few sprigs thyme, finely chopped
- 2 small sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
- small handful flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 baguette loaf, cut crosswise into 4 pieces or 4 hoagie rolls split
Dump Cake

COMBINE all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon, not a mixer
- 1 can unsweetened Comstock Apples
- 2 each eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup raisins optional
Fantastic Pot Roast

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cover; cook on low 6-8 hours
- 2 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 can cola
- 1 10oz bottle chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic

- 20 chocolate cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
- 2 T butter softened
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c confectioners sugar divided
- 16 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 15 miniature peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 c cold milk
- 1 samll pkg instant chocolate fudge pudding
