- 2/3 cup nuts, ground
Country Apple Dessert

HEAT oven to 350. IN large bowl, combine mix, margarine and 1 egg at low speed until crumbly
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened
- 1 each egg
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 each egg
Fall Apart Roast

Whisk your flour salt and pepper together
- 2 lbs chuck roast, cut into quarters at a minimum
- 3 T flour
- 1 T salt
- 1 t pepper
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 c beef stock
- 2 bay leaves
Greek Style Potatoes and Green Beans

- 1 lb tiny new potatoes
- 1/2 lb fresh green beans
- Dressing
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t dijon mustard
- 1/2 c chopped red onion

Pear Spice Cupcakes

- 3 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c plus 2 T water
- 6 T brown sugar
- 3 3/4 flour
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 3/4 t baking powder

- 3/4 c butter softened

Pumpkin Pie Cake

MIX pumpkin, milk, eggs. Mix the sugar and spices together and put in with the pumpkin mixture
- 1 can pumpking (28 oz) NOT pumpkin pie mix
- 1 can evaporated milk (12oz)
- 3 each eggs
- 1 cup sugar, mix w/spices & salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix (18.25 oz)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup margarine, slice
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Chocolate Mousse Cake

PREHEAT oven to 350. Line a springform pan with foil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 package 16oz semisweet chocolate chips

Italian Sausage Stew

Cook sausage,bell pepper and garlic in large saucepan over med high heat 6-8 min or until sausage is no longer pink...
- 8 oz hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed, or reduced fat bulk pork sausage with 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can no salt added navy beans, rinsed, and drained
- 1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 1 c fat free low sodium beef or chicken broth
- 1 t dried rosemary
Tomato-Pesto Appetizers

Heat oven to 375. Spray 20 muffin tins with Pam
- 2 T basil pesto
- 3/4 c diced seeded tomato
- 2 T finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (7.5oz)Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 2 T finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Hungarian Goulash

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over med high heat
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 c Hungarian sweet paprika
- 2 lbs beef chuck cut into 1 in cubes
- 1 lb new potatoes cut into 1/2 in cubes
- 2 med carrots, cut into 1/2 in chunks
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green pepper sliced
- Buttered noodles or whole wheat bread for serving
