- 12 oz FETTUCINE
- 9 oz SHRIMP (I USED THE SALAD SHRIMP)
- 8 oz FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP PARMESAN
- 5 CLOVES GARLIC
- 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CUP FAT FREE,LOW SODIUM CHICKEN BROTH

IN a blender, combine the raspberries, sugar and orange juice concentrate; cover and process until smooth

- 2 tablespoons sugar
