Preheat oven to 375. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 40 slices turkey pepperoni
- 4 pieces of mozarella string cheese, cut in half
- garlic powder
- pizza sauce
Pear Ginger Upside Down Cake

- 2 unpeeled Bosc pears, cored and thinly sliced
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T melted butter
- 1 T packed brown sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 t each baking powder and ground cinnamon

Cobb Salad with Chili-Lime Dressing

Place the first seven ingredients in a food processor; cover and process until blended
- 4 oz can chopped green chillies, undrained
- 2/3 c sour cream
- 1/4 c fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 2 T lime juice
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 t hot sauce
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 pkg 10 oz hearts of romaine lettuce
- 16 oz can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c chopped tomatoes
- 1 pkg (7.5 oz) frozen diced cooked chicken breast thawed
- 1 med ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 1/3 c real bacon bits

- 1/2 t salt

- 1/4 c sherry

Gooey Butter Cake Light Version

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 1 (18 1/4-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- Filling
- 1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat (2%) Greek-style yogurt
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
Make over Creamy Mac and Cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni according to package directions then drain
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 1/3 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 c fat free half and half
- 2 T butter
- 2 c fat free milk
- 3 c (12oz) shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
- Optional topping
- 2 T butter
- 1 med onion chopped
- 5 c cubed bread
- 1/2 c shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Feta Veggie Salad

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- 2 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 large green pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 med cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 small red onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 c crumbled tomato and basil feta cheese
- 1 t minced garlic
- 2/3 c Greek vinaigrette
French Silk Pie

MELT margarine and chocolate in 2 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally
- 1 each pie crust
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 each eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- whipped cream
- slice almonds if desired
Baked Potato Soup

- 1/4 c butter or margarine
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can carnation evaporated milk
- 2 large or 3 med baking potatoes baked or microwaved
- cooked and crumbled bacon optional
- shredded cheddar cheese optional
- sliced green onions optional
