Frozen Mocha Marble Loaf

Line a 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan with foil
- 2 cups finely crushed chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies (about 22 cookies)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Italian Pot Roast

Sprinkle flour into bag. Shake to coat
- 1 T all purpose flour
- 1 large oven roasting bag
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast 3 lb
- 1 2/3 c water
- 1 can tomato soup,undiluted
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 t Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 1/4 c cold water
French Toast Bundt

CUT rolls in half. MIX other ingredients in a bowl
- 24 each frozen dinner rolls (dough), thawed, still cold
- 2 each egg whites
- 1/3 cup liquid Hazlenut coffee creamer
- 1/4 cup log cabin syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Blushing Mimosa

Mix first three ingredients together
- 2 c orange juice
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 2 T grenadine
- 1 bottle (750m) champagne
Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour a bundt pan
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 c apples peeled and chopped
- 1 c canola oil
- 2/3 c apple juice or milk
- 1 t baking soda
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg***
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c pecans, halved and separated
- Icing
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 2 T milk
- 1 t vanilla
Coconut Bundt Cake with White Choc Glaze

a can of 13.5 oz coconut milk is perfect for this recipe
- Cake
- 3 c flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1 c unsalted butter at room temp
- 2 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 T coconut extract
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 unsweetened coconut milk
- Glaze
- 4 to 6 T coconut milk
- 1/2 t coconut extract
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 2 c powdered sugar sifted
- 6 oz white chocolate, melted and still warm
- Shredded coconut toasted to garnish
Quick Sherry Spice Cake

- 3 qts water
- 2 1/2 c uncooked tricolor spiral pasta
- 1 1/2 c cut fresh asparagus
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 in pieces
- 2 t olive oil
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2/3 c reduced fat ceasar vinaigrette
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 T grated parmesan cheese
Espresso Coffee Cake

PREHEAT oven to 375. In a bowl, beat eggs lilghtly
- 4 each large eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup instant coffee powder
- powdered sugar for garnish
