- 3 ounce Sutter Home Cabernet
- 1 ounce Dekuyper Luscious Red Apple
- 2 ounce lemon lime soda
- 2 ounce tropical fruit punch
- orange slice
- lime slice
- maraschino cherry
Spinach Artichoke Dip Low Fat

Press the spinach between two plates to remove as much of the water as possible
- 1 cup - Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup - Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup - Parmesan Cheese, grated (use more or less per your diet)
- 1 (10 oz) package - frozen Spinach (thawed)
- 1 can - Artichoke Hearts - drained (about 1.5 cup)
- 2 cloves - Garlic (or more! per your preferences)
English Muffin Bread

You need 1 pound coffee cans with the lids for this and it's worth it
- 3 empty coffee cans (1 lb size)
- 2 packages active baker's yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm milk (110 degrees)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in 1 tablespoon warm water
- cornmeal to sprinkle in pans

Tortellini With Artichokes, Olives and Feta Cheese

This is a great salad. For extra added flavor, leave the juice from the artichokes in the dressing
- 2 packages frigerated cheese filled spinach tortellin
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts(4oz each), drained
- 2 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cheese garlic Italian salad dressing

- 1 can (15 oz) black eyed peas, drained
- 1 can (11 oz) white shoe peg corn,
- drained
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 2/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 diced avacados
- Dressing;
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 t cumin
- salt and pepper

PREHEAT oven to 350. IN a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 cans buttermilk biscuits 10 per can
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar

Beat 1 c butter, 1 1/2 c sugar, one egg and 8 oz cream cheese until well blended and a bit frothy
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c butter
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 egg
- 1 t almond extract
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c softened butter
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 4-4 1/2 c powdered sugar
