Spiked Raspberry Mango Strawberry Lemonade

Fill both a glass and a shaker with ice
- 1/4 c fresh raspberries
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 2 oz tequila
- 4 oz mango strawberry lemonade
Potatoes Gratin

- 2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and sliced paper-thin

Connecticut Beef Supper

HEAT shortening in large skillet until melted
- 2 tablespoons oil or shortening
- 2 pounds stew beef cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flakes, crushed
- 1 cup sour cream
Slow Ball Clam Dip

- 1 (24 ounce) large round French Loaf
- 2 packages 8 oz each cream cheese, softened
- 3 cans 6.5 oz each chopped clams, reserve 1/4 c liquid
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 tablespoons beer
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pull Apart Garlic Rolls

Take the rolls out of the cans and cut each roll into quarters and put in a bowl
- 1-2 cans pilsbury grand rolls
- 3 T melted butter
- 1/2 t garlic powder

- 7.5 oz jar of Marinated Artichoke hearts

- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t grated lemon zest
- 1 large garlic clove
- 5 fresh basil leaves
