All American Beef Stew

  • 1 lb lean beef stew
  • 2 T all purpose flour
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 1 can low sodium beef broth
  • 1 can low sodium diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c cubed red skinned potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c fresh or frozen cut green beans
  • 1 c chopped carrota
  • 1/2 c sliced celery
  • 3 T Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning


Servings 4


Step 1

Preheat oven to 300.

Coat meat in flour. Brown meat in oil in a large heavy dutch oven on all sides about 10 minutes.

Add broth, tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, carrots, celery and seasoning to the dutch oven.

Cook for 3 hours.
