Crocked Kielbasa

Brown the ground beef. Add all ingredients except for the pasta and the Parmesan to a crockpot
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. Kielbasa, sliced
- 28 oz. can tomatoes, undrained
- 9 oz. pkg. French-cut green beans
- 6 oz.can black olives
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. basil, crushed
- 1 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. Rotelli pasta
- 4 oz. grated Parmesan
Swedish Pancakes

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until really smooth--about 1 minute
- 2/3 c. flour
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. milk
Thai Green Curry Chicken

Toss chicken insoy sauce, then flour
- 1 lbs. chicken, cubed
- 1 Tbs. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 2 Tbs. cooking oil
- 2 Tbs. green curry paste (or more to taste)
- 2 green onions, with tops
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger, chopped
- 2 c. coconut milk
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 c. cilantro for garnish

- Dressing:
- 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cubed
- 2 large sweet onions, cut in chunks
- 1 red pepper, cut in strips
- 2 slices bacon, quartered
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dill
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Chocolate Heart Cookies

- Icing:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. baking cocoa
- 1 c. vanilla chips
- 2 Tbs. shortening, divided
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Ham and Cheese Biscuits

- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. finely chopped ham
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. milk or buttermilk
- 1 c. sour cream
Navajo Fry Bread

Mix all dry ingredients. Stir in oil and water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbs. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350. Place liners in muffin pans
- Filling:
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 stick butter, cut in pieces
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 Tbs. butter, at room temperature
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbs. cream
- 1 c. marshmallow cream
- Ganache:
- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 stick plus 1 Tbs. butter
- 2 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbs. milk
- 2 c. confectioners' sugar
Shrimp Alfredo

Melt butter in skillet and saute shrimp, green onions, and garlic for 3-4 minutes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbs. minced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 9 oz. spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
