Coca-Cola Ham

Combine cola and spices in large cook-in-the-oven bag
- 10-15 lb. ham, thick sliced
- 2 liter cola
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
- 2 Tbs. pepper
- 3 Tbs. cinnamon
- 3 Tbs. ginger
- 3 Tbs. ground cloves
Clam Dip

An old favorite resdiscovered
- 1 6 1/2 oz. can of chopped clams
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Breakfast Braid

Heat the cream cheese and milk in the microwave for around 1 minute
- Filling:
- 2 pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls or puff pastry
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
- 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated (skip if using a cheese sauce)
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt; pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. chopped red pepper
- 2 Tbs. sliced green onions
- 2 tsp. butter
- Cheese Sauce:
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Super Squash

Saute onion and squash in melted butter until tender
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 3 lb. yellow squash, small chop
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 c. dry bread stuffing
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Burger Bar

Grill burgers and buns. Saute mushrooms until nicely browned, 8-10 minutes
- Sauteed Mushroom Topping:
- 2 lb. brisket, ground
- 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 Tbs. fresh thyme
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- Caramelized Onions:
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 onions
- Salt and pepper
- Tomatoes with Sea Salt and Chives:
- 2 lbs. red and yellow tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Chopped fresh chives
- Bacon with Rosemary:
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Black pepper
- Herbed Horseradish Mayonnaise:
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 c. freshly minced herbs (like parsley, basil, chives, scallion)
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Mushroom Quiche from Barbara Bush

Melt the butter in a large skillet
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 green onions, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 3/4 tsp. basil
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk or half-and-half
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Cheese Salsa

- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing, prepared
- 1 pkg. (2 c.) grated Jack/Cheddar mix
- 1 small can (or less) chopped jalapenos
- 1 can chopped ripe olives
- 3 small tomatoes--chopped
- 2 green onions--chopped
Herbed Eggs

- 1 Tbs. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbs. half-and-half
- 1 Tbs. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
- Fresh Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of dried oregano
- Fresh parsley or chives
- Ground black pepper
Pumpkin Delight

- 1 can pumpkin pie mix
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 sticks butter, melted
