Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. baking cocoa
- 1 c. vanilla chips
- 2 Tbs. shortening, divided
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla. Add flour/cocoa mixture gradually. Roll dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut with heart cutter.
Bake at 375 degrees 8-10 minutes.
Heat vanilla chips with 1 Tbs. shortening until melted. Dip both sides of the top of the heart into mixture.
Melt chocolate chips and 1 Tbs. shortening in microwave. Drizzle on cookies.
