Andalusian Salad

- 2 14-oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and quartered
- 2 7-3/4 oz. cans hearts of palm, drained and quartered
- 3 tomatoes, cut in thin wedges
- 1 3 1/4 oz. can pitted black olives
- 1 purple onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Le Hog Pizza

For sauce: Add butter, onion and garlic over medium heat and saute until the onion is translucent
- White Sauce:
- 8 oz. pizza dough
- Cornmeal, for dough
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. White Sauce
- 3 meatballs (2-3 oz each)
- Chopped cooked bacon for topping
- Chopped Canadian bacon for topping
- Chopped ham, for topping
- 1/4 c. butter
- 8 oz. yelow onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbs. chopped garlic
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1 quart whipping cream
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 8 oz. grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch nutmet
- 2 Tbs. pepper
Custard-Filled Corn Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbs. butter, melted
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 Tbs. white vinegar
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. corn kernels
- 1 c. heavy cream
Grilled Corn and Cheese Cakes

In a food processor, pulse the corn into a chunky puree
- 2 c. frozen corn, thawed
- 3/4 c. shredded smoked mozzarella (3 oz.)
- 1 c. plain breadcrumbs, divided
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbs. sour cream
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. EVOO
- 1/2 c. creme braich, for serving

- 1 lbs. white chocolate
- 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
Jalapeno Popper Mushrooms

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, cool, and crumble
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 8 mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 3-oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbs. Cheddar
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbs. cold water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 lb. crab meat
- 1 small onion, grated
Boursin Cheese a la Junior League

- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1/3 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 6 oz. ham
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese

- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- White chips
