- 2 1/2 lbs baby red potatoes, sliced into halves (or quarters if slightly bigger)
- 3 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese (2.5 oz)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 3/4 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Hamburger Vegetable Soup

- 1 Pound ground beef
- 1 Cup chopped onions
- 1 Cup diced potatoes
- 1 Cup sliced carrots
- 1 Cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 Cup sliced celery

- 1/4 Cup rice uncooked
- 3 Cups water
- 4 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp basil

Chocolate Hazelnut Thumbprints with Kahlua Ganache

- For Kahlua ganache:
- 1/2 c. butter softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. baking cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. finely chopped hazelnuts
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. Kahlua or coffee liqueur
