Glazed Lemon Zucchini Bread

Turned out perfect with the tastes of zucchini and lemon in a fluffy bread
- BREAD:
- 2 cups cake flour (all purpose flour will also work)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup zucchini, grated
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon milk
Peppermint Patty Sandwich Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cake mixes, eggs and oil; beat until well blended
- 2 packages devil's food cake mix (regular size)
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- Granulated sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
Oatmeal Jam Squares

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix the first five ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 jar (10 ounces) seedless raspberry jam or jam of your choice
- 4 whole graham crackers, crushed

- Nut Mixture:
- 1/2 pound of very soft oleo
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cake of household yeast
- 1 pound Walnuts
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
Christmas Popcorn

- 1 - 2 bags plain popcorn (Skinny Pop)
- 1 pkg (24 oz.) Vanilla Bark or Candy Coating (Used 20 oz bag)
