  • OPTIONS:
  • In place of or in addition to the sunflower seeds you may use any of the following:
  • raisins, dried cranberries, (delicious!), chopped dried apricots, banana chips, or most any dried fruit; walnuts, pecans, almonds, peanuts and any other type of seed.

  • 10 cups Zucchini
  • 5 cups Onions
  • 5 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Red pepper – (green is good option too)
  • 2 1/4 cups vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Celery Salt
  • If you grate small Zucchini use entire Zucchini. If you use large Zucchini just cut in half and with a spoon scrape out seeds.
