Summer Pasta Salad

Cook noodles according to directions
- 16 oz. box rotini noodles
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 3/4 C. Italian dressing
- 1 C. cubed cheddar cheese
Caramel Apple Salsa

Core and slice apples, leaving peels on
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple
- 1 medium red apple
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 C. sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 C. caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
BLT Dip

1. Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended
- 1 Homemade Gourmet® BLT Dip Mix or 5 tablespoons of the pantry staple
- 1 8-ounce container sour cream
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese, optional
Philly Beef- Stuffed Sandwich

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 C. green bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 C. onion, chopped
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, divided
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz each) refrigerated pizza crust
- 8 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 8 oz. thinly sliced American cheese
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 T. water
Cranberry Orange Dream

STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 3 minutes until completely dissolved
- 1 1/2 C. boiling water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) cranberry jello
- 1 can (16oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 1/2 C. cold water
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 1/2 C. graham crumbs
- 1/2 C. sugar, divided
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tubs (8 oz each) whipped topping, thawed, divided
Spiced Pumpkin Pie Spread

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 C. pecan halves, coarsely chopped
- 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 C. miniature marshmallows
- 2 apples, cut into wedges
PECAN PIE

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate
- 1 Pie crust
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves or pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Cinnamon Apples

1. Lightly spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or line with a slow cooker liner
- 6 apples, peeled and cored
- splash of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Homemade Gourmet Spiced Dip Mix (or 4 tablespoons of pantry staple)
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
A-Pizza-Teaser

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 pkg. (12 oz) refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 C. tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 C. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 C. onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/4 C. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Easy Apple Cake

- Cake:
- 1 (18 oz) box yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
- Topping:
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
