Sausage Breakfast Dish

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 9 slices white bread
- 1 pound pork sausage, browned and drained
- 1 8-ounce package sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-3/4 cups egg substitute or 7 large eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® Sunday Roast Seasoning
Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- ¾ C. peanut butter
- ½ C. all-vegetable shortening
- 1 ¼ C. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 T. milk
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 ¾ C. all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ¾ tsp. baking soda
Corn Casserole

Mix all ingredients in buttered 9x13-inch pan
- 1 (16oz) can whole corn
- 1 (16oz) can creamed corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Crunchy Biscuit Chicken Casserole

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 (5 oz) cans chunk chicken, or 2 C.
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8.25 oz) can green beans, drained
- 1 (2.5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 4 oz. (1 C) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (1 lb. 0.3 oz) can Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1-2 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 to 1/2 C. crushed cheddar cheese flavored croutons

1. In large mixing bowl, use your hands to break noodles into smaller pieces
- 4 C. chow mein noodles
- 1/2 C. light corn syrup
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 3/4 C. peanut butter
- Jelly beans or other egg-shaped candies
Tuna Noodle Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1-7 1/2 oz. can tuna fish, drained
- 1 can green peas, drained
- 1-10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 C. cooked noodles
- Ruffles chips
Chicken A la King

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in slow cooker
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 3 T. flour
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 9 oz. pkg. frozen peas and onions, thawed and drained
- 2 T. chopped pimentos
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Salmon Patties

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; shape and press flat into 6 patties
- 2 T. Homemade Gourmet Mock Spinach Seasoning
- 1 14.75-oz can salmon, drained and de-boned
- 1/2 C. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 T. canola oil
10- Layer Slow Cooker Dish

1. Create the following layers in the slow cooker
- 1 1/2 # lean ground hamburger, browned
- 6 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 15 oz. can corn, undrained
- 15 oz. can peas, undrained
- 1/4 C. water
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Fresh Peach Crumb

- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 Homemade Gourmet Spiced Dip Mix (or 4 tablespoons of pantry staple)
- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
- 1 Homemade Gourmet Old Fashioned Apple Crisp Mix (with pecan packet)
