Cheesy Chicken Vegetable Bake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter
- 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables, slightly thawed
- 2 C. water
- 1 C. diced cooked chicken
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream chicken soup
- 1 pkg. (7 oz) elbow macaroni (2 C)
- 1/2 C. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 T. butter, melted
Taco Meatball Appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® Taco Soup Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream, optional
- Homemade Gourmet® Maria’s Sauce, prepared, optional
Tangy Fruit Salsa

Combine all salsa ingredients in batter bowl; mix gently
- 1 C. frozen raspberries
- 2 peaches, peeled and chopped
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced, and quartered
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
Grandma's Meatloaf

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Loaf:
- 1 # ground beef
- 1/2 # pork or sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. salt
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 1/2 T. pepper
- 1 T. parsley flakes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 C. quick oats
- 5 strips bacon
- Glaze:
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 T. ketchup
- 2 T. water
Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta

- 8 oz. tube or spiral pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 6 bacon stips, diced
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1 C. (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- BBQ sauce & mustard, optional
Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Cream butter, oil, applesauce, and sugar
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/4 C. oil
- 1/4 C. applesauce
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C. sour milk
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 4 tsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 2 C. grated zucchini
- 1/3 C. chocolate chips
Fettuccine Alfredo

1. Cook fettuccine as directed on package
- 8 oz. uncooked fettucine
- 1/3 C. butter
- 1/2 C. evaporated fat-free milk
- 3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese blend
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley
Cool Veggie Pizza

- 1 pkg. (8oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 T. dill weed
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Vegetables of choice, chopped
Taco Soup

1. In a 2 quart (or larger) stockpot, combine all ingredients, except meat
- 5 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet Taco Soup Seasoning Mix
- 1 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can water
- 1 15.5 ounce can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 4 ounce can green chilies, undrained
- 1 pound cooked beef, drained or 1 cup shredded cooked chicken, (optional)
