Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3/4 cup steak sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) package fusilli pasta
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 Vidalia onion, diced
- 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
Mac 'n' Cheese Pizza

Fusilli with Bacon, Spinach, & Tomato

Here, I’ve used this lovely smoked pork to bring richness to an otherwise simple pasta dish
- Kosher salt for pasta water
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed (with the flat side of a large knife) and peeled
- 1 package (10 ounces) chopped spinach, thawed and drained completely dry
- 1 can (28 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
- 1 pound (16 ounces) gluten-free fusilli (or other short, fat pasta)
- 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter
Orange Turkey Stir Fry

1. Grate 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 navel oranges
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- One 1-lb turkey tenderloin, cut into bite-sized strips
- 1 red pepper, cut in broad strips
- 8 oz snow peas, strings removed
- 1 bunch scallions, cut into 1-in. diagonal pieces
- 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (with juice)
- Serve with: cashews and rice
Jambalaya Pizza

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 3 cups cooked long grain rice, cooled
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup finely shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup each chopped celery, onion, and green sweet pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup each thinly sliced smoked cooked sausage, diced cooked ham, and coarsely chopped cooked shrimp
- 1 16-oz. jar chunky salsa, drained (1-1/3 cups)
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz.)
