  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature (nondairy is okay)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, at room temperature (low-fat is fine, nonfat is not, nondairy is okay)
