- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 ounces crushed tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup French dressing

- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Slow-Cooker Cajun Pork Sandwiches

Directions 1. Rub pork with steak seasoning
- 1 pork butt or shoulder (about 2-1/2 pounds), trimmed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sodium-free steak seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning blend (such as McCormick)
- 6 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 6 whole-wheat hamburger buns
Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Fajitas

Place pork in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker
- 1 pork boneless loin roast, (2 1/2 pounds), trimmed on fat
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 bag (1 pound) frozen stir-fry bell peppers and onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 18 flour tortillas (8 to 10 inches in diameter)
- Shredded cheese, if desired
- Guacamole, if desired
- Sour cream, if desired

1.Preheat grill for medium-high heat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 1/3 pounds ground beef sirloin
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices pepperjack cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
GF Quick {Sandwich} Bread

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- 4 egg whites, at room temperature, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour (I use Better Batter)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum (omit if using Better Batter)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 tablespoons whey powder (egg protein powder or soy powder are good nondairy substitutes)
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature (nondairy is okay)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups milk, at room temperature (low-fat is fine, nonfat is not, nondairy is okay)
